I voted, "depends." My guess is that every local group is different, and a pastor's ability to set boundaries in said groups would differ as well.

Honestly, I worry a bit about solid votes either way. I think one is cutting off a huge opportunity to get involved in the unsaved world, and the other is much to cavalier in assuming every situation can effectively spread the true message. Like with most good questions, the answer is often more complicated than a yes or a no.
