Oddly, from a man claiming to be a pastor, when confronted in the first video he never mentions the word "sin". Guess what Mr. Warren we are all predisposed to sin, that is called "the fall" in Christian circles.
Mr. Warren has long ago gotten too comfortable with the TV cameras, and quite frankly now refuses to say anything orthodox because he is afraid the phone calls for TV interviews will stop. If he had an ounce of integrity, he would step down as pastor and start some sort of para-church organization but a man who refuses to call sinners to repent and instead talks about delayed gratification and maturity has ceased to serve Biblically as an elder and brings shame and condemnation upon himself every time he appears on TV and denies the Gospel.
